• Affiliates: channel, audience, public business email, Fit score, commission, promo code, payout method (a label only), clicks, and status (New, Approved, Invited, Active, Paused, Declined, Opted out)
• Fit score (AI): rates each channel against your program and says why in a few words; the AI also drafts each invite with the affiliate's rate and code
• Payout summary (automation): on your payout day, puts last month's sales onto one payout per affiliate and emails you what to pay
• Affiliate desk (app): approve affiliates and set their terms, send invites, follow every thread, add or import sales, mark payouts paid
• Vertrieb: each order with a promo code, and the commission on it
• Payouts: one row per affiliate and month, with sales, total, commission, and Due or Paid
• Send approved emails (automation): sends approved invites from your Gmail, never twice
• Affiliate page (app): each affiliate's own page with this month's sales and commission, clicks, their last payout, and their link
• Outreach: each invite and follow-up, its status, and the reply
• Reply received (automation): logs each affiliate's reply

Get started

1. Set your commission and shop link. Default rate, payout day, and where links go.
2. Find affiliates. Ask Teable AI to collect matching channels.
3. Connect your email. Approved invites go out from your Gmail.

Connect after you install. Grant your Gmail as GMAIL to the Affiliate desk app and to Send approved emails, and pick it in Reply received. Until then nothing is sent, and the app says so. Payout summary needs no account. Nothing here pays anyone: you pay the usual way and mark it paid.

Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step, including connecting your accounts, and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.

Sign-in. Your team signs in to Affiliate desk with Teable or a one-time code sent to their email; an owner gives each person a role. Affiliates never sign in: each one gets a private link to their own page, and a link to share that counts clicks and opens your shop. Publish the app so those links open.

Comes with sample data for a made-up shop, Linen & Co. Every sample email is on example.com, and nothing is connected until you connect your own accounts.
