• Listings: price, stock or made to order with its queue, materials cost, Etsy fees, and margin
• Materials: unit, cost, stock, reorder point, and supplier, with a status of OK, Low, or Reorder
• Orders: brought in from Etsy's CSV, with Cut, Make, Finish, and Ship days for made-to-order items, and no buyer names or addresses
• Low-stock alert (automation): a supply at its reorder point goes on the reorder list and you get an email
• Listing low alert (automation): an email when a listing runs low or sells out
• Workbench (app): import Etsy orders, plan made-to-order steps and copy the update for the buyer, log batches, and reorder supplies

Get started

1. Add your listings. Price, SKU, and stock or made to order.
2. Add your materials and costs. And how much of each a listing uses.
3. Bring in your Etsy orders. Download Order Items from Etsy and import it in Workbench.

Etsy. Teable has no Etsy connection, so orders come in from the file Etsy lets you download (Shop Manager > Settings > Options > Download Data). Workbench reads only order numbers, items, quantities, SKUs, and shipped dates. Nothing is sent to Etsy, and nothing is ordered from suppliers for you.

Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.

Sign-in. Your team signs in with Teable or a one-time code sent to their email.
