- Approval request (automation): asks an approver to sign off orders above your limit
- PO generator (app): builds the order and its PDF; the supplier confirms on a private link
Get started
- Add your suppliers. Replace the samples.
- Set an approval limit. Orders above it need sign-off.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Your team signs in with a one-time code sent to their email; the app opens once an approver gives them a role (Requester, Buyer, or Approver). Suppliers don't sign in: they open their order on a private link. You sign in with Teable.
Comes with sample data for a made-up factory, Forge Works. Every sample email is on example.com, so nothing reaches a real person until you add your own.
