What can AI market research help you decide?

Teable combines public research with your material to compare offers, identify buyer questions and build an editable brief. Review the evidence before choosing a direction.

What is available
One sample routes feedback to a shared board; the other groups it around accounts.
What it means
These are different workflows, not proof that either sells better.
Next validation step
Ask target teams how they currently route feedback and who owns the decision.

Fictional materials illustrate how to connect findings, sources and validation steps.

I used Teable for a team with leads spread across sheets, CRM exports, and automations. We now import, follow up, and track dashboards in one flow. One system replaced half a dozen disconnected tools.

🧨 Teable does not just compete with Airtable. It exposes what Airtable is missing. Modern teams do not need nicer spreadsheets. They need operational systems that can run themselves. Teable turns tables into workflows, AI actions, and internal apps.

Teable 3.0 feels like a grown-up spreadsheet. It keeps the familiar grid and adds automations, AI actions, and internal app building in one platform. I finally got the control model I used to assemble manually.

Market research questions

Can I start market research for free?

Yes. New Teable accounts receive one-time bonus AI credits. Start with a focused question and a small set of sources; the scope and tools determine credit usage. When you need more capacity, compare the available plans on the pricing page. See pricing

What should I give the market research tool?

Describe the decision, product category, customers and target geography. Add competitor links, existing research or customer notes if you have them; a file is not required to start. The Agent can ask for the missing details needed to keep the research focused.

Where do the findings come from?

The Agent can research accessible public sources and combine them with material you provide or connect. Ask it to keep the original URLs, file or record references and observation dates. A vendor statement, a customer quote and an industry estimate should remain identifiable as different kinds of evidence.

Can it calculate market size?

It can organize available estimates or build a calculation from inputs you supply. Define the category, geography, period and units, and ask for explicit assumptions and formulas. Missing inputs should remain unknown; an attractive-looking number without supporting data is not a reliable market size.

Do I still need customer interviews?

Public research helps identify alternatives, recurring concerns and hypotheses to test. It does not prove that your target buyers will switch, pay or stay. Bring real interviews, survey responses or pilot results into Teable to check those assumptions; do not treat generated personas as actual respondents.

Can I refresh the research regularly?

Yes. Configure Teable automation for supported sources and keep observation dates alongside the findings. Use a sensible interval for the source and your decision cycle rather than repeatedly scraping unchanged pages. Review changes and failed runs before updating a recommendation.

What result will I get?

The default task asks for an Artifact: a shareable research brief with findings, source references, a comparison where useful and next validation steps. You can ask the Agent to revise its structure or explore another question. Use a Web App if you need an interactive research library or ongoing action tracking.

Can my team review private research?

You can work with your own research material and choose how to share the completed output. Review source permissions and remove personal or confidential details that the intended reader should not see. Check sharing settings and any app access rules before inviting an external partner.
