Four questions that make a comparison useful
Use one real workflow as your reference. These questions reveal differences that a long feature checklist can miss.
How will the data stay connected?
Follow one customer from first contact to order. Look at how relationships, attachments, and updates carry across tables without creating duplicate records.
Who needs to see and change what?
Separate the needs of admins, teammates, and external users. Compare the permissions and deployment options available in the edition you would actually use.
What does AI do after the answer?
Compare the whole task: extracting information, saving it to records, and triggering the next action. Include human review and repeat runs in the workflow.
What will it cost to keep running?
Budget for seats, AI usage, automation volume, and connected services. Add the time your team spends maintaining the system and rebuilding existing logic.
