What does an SEO reporting tool do?

It turns source metrics into an explanation people can act on. Teable combines charts, work notes and priorities in an editable Artifact.

What the data shows

Total clicks are unchanged, but the service page lost clicks while two pages gained. Check page-level evidence before calling the month stable.

Next checks

  1. Solutions

Exposure and clicks increased; compare CTR within the selected device. Review new queries and check that the page answers their intent.

  2. Services

Exposure rose while clicks fell. GA4 outcomes are unavailable. Inspect affected queries and snippets; confirm tracking before reporting inquiries.

  3. Buyer guide

Clicks and CTR improved in both device segments. Review the useful sections and links to the next step; avoid assuming an edit caused the increase.

Keep the measurement clear

CTR = total clicks ÷ total impressions. Clicks and sessions are different measures.

I used Teable for a team with leads spread across sheets, CRM exports, and automations. We now import, follow up, and track dashboards in one flow. One system replaced half a dozen disconnected tools.

🧨 Teable does not just compete with Airtable. It exposes what Airtable is missing. Modern teams do not need nicer spreadsheets. They need operational systems that can run themselves. Teable turns tables into workflows, AI actions, and internal apps.

Teable 3.0 feels like a grown-up spreadsheet. It keeps the familiar grid and adds automations, AI actions, and internal app building in one platform. I finally got the control model I used to assemble manually.

SEO reporting questions

Can I start with a free SEO report?

Yes. New accounts receive one-time bonus AI credits to start with a focused report and a small set of sources. Usage varies with the task and tools; check your balance and current plans when you need more capacity. External data services follow their own plans. See plans and usage

What should I provide to the SEO reporting tool?

Add a GSC or GA4 export, connected data, or the material you want analyzed. Include the property, date range, audience and question. A public URL helps with page context, but it does not supply private search or conversion metrics; the Agent can ask for those separately.

Why don't clicks and sessions match?

Search Console counts interactions in Google Search, while GA4 measures activity on your site using a different system. Filter GA4 to Google organic traffic and use comparable dates and devices, but do not expect equal totals. Keep each source and metric definition visible in the report.

Can it report rankings and backlinks?

Yes, when the source you provide includes them. Use available Semrush or Ahrefs data, exports or your own tracked records. The Agent should state the source and observation date; a website URL alone does not establish its rankings, backlinks or keyword search volume.

What happens if information is missing?

The Agent can ask for the specific files, scope or event definitions needed before creating the final report. Unknown values should stay marked as missing, not become zeros or invented trends. Review whether an export is partial before treating its totals as the whole property.

Can I update a report on a schedule?

You can configure Teable automation to collect or refresh supported sources and generate updated reporting material. Choose a reasonable interval for the source and your review cycle, and check permissions, task usage and failed runs. Record the data period and retrieval time rather than calling every chart real-time.

Do I get an Artifact or a dashboard?

The default task generates a shareable Artifact with analysis, charts and references, not just a chat answer. Ask the Agent to change its layout, charts or commentary. If you need more interaction, client-specific views or an action queue, you can build a Web App around the work.

Can I share a report with clients?

Yes. Share the completed Artifact with the audience you choose after checking its figures and source details. Review the sharing settings and remove material that another client should not see. For a multi-client Web App, define and test the appropriate access rules before inviting people.
