Who can publish templates?
Anyone with a Teable account. Every template is reviewed before it's listed.
Do I need to code?
No. If you can build it in Teable, you can publish it as a template.
Is my own data shared?
Only the base you publish, and its records only if you include sample records. Replace real customers with sample records before you submit.
What gets checked before it goes live?
Automatic checks first: every account it needs can be connected, its records hold no personal data, how many automation runs it needs a month against the free plan, and that its automations work before anything is connected. Then someone at Teable reviews it.
Can I update it after it's live?
Yes. Submit the base again. The new version goes live once it passes review, and copies people already use keep the version they started from.
How are templates ranked?
Community templates are ranked by installs in the last 30 days. The top ten appear in Top community templates on the templates page.
How do I get the verified check?
The Teable team gives it to creators in review.
