About this template
In Jocky's words.
What's inside
- Products: SKU, stock, reorder point, and supplier
- Orders: synced from Shopify, with no customer details
- Shopify sync (automation): pulls orders and stock every morning
- Low-stock alert (automation): adds items to the reorder list
- Stockroom (app): today's low stock, orders to pack, and the reorder list
Get started
- Connect Shopify. Pick the store to sync.
- Set reorder points. Per product, or use the default.
Connect after you install. Grant your Shopify as SHOPIFY to the Stockroom app and to the Shopify sync automation. Shopify stays the master; nothing is ordered for you.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step, including connecting your accounts, and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Your team signs in with Teable or a one-time code sent to their email.
Comes with sample data for a made-up shop, Linen & Co. Every sample email is on example.com, and nothing is connected until you connect your own accounts.
1 click. 1 sentence. Yours.
-
Click Use template on this page. Its 7 tables, 2 automations, and 2 apps open in your Teable already working, with sample records. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.
-
Tell Teable AI what's different, the way you'd say it: “Add a second warehouse and create purchase orders automatically.” It changes the fields, steps, and screens to match.
-
Its 2 automations run on their own. You just run the business.
