The outcome
Guests book a tasting flight online and get the flight menu the day before, and you know what's left of every bottle.
What your guests get
Tasting confirmations in your bar's name, not the ones every other bar sends.
Old World reds for 2, Fri Nov 6, 7:00 PM. See you then.
Your flight tomorrow: Old World reds, 7:00 PM, 2 guests.

About this template
In Jocky's words.
What's inside
- Bookings: guest, party, flight, seating, and status (Confirmed, Waitlist, Deposit due, Deposit paid, Seated, Cancelled), with each guest's private link
- Wines: region, style, prices, and bottles in stock, with a Low stock view
- Flight reminder (automation): every afternoon, tomorrow's guests get their flight and its four wines
- Tasting website (app): guests pick a flight and a seating, then come back through a private link to change or cancel; your staff sign in to run the night, seat guests, move the waitlist and count bottles
- Flights: four wines and a price per guest; the private tasting is for groups of 6 or more, held with a deposit
- Sessions: every seating with seats left, Thursday to Saturday through May; Add 4 weeks keeps it going
- Guest confirmation (automation): every day at noon, newly confirmed guests get their flight and private link
- New booking alert (automation): every morning, the bar gets the last day's bookings, tonight's guests, the waitlist and deposits due
- Team: hosts and managers, with their role
About 90 automation runs a month (three daily runs).
Get started
- Add your wine list. With region, price, and bottles in stock.
- Build your flights. Four wines and a price per guest.
- Publish the website. Guests book and get a private link.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Guests never sign in: the flights, each flight's seatings and each guest's own booking page (a private link) are open. Hosts sign in to the staff side with a one-time code sent to the email on their Team row; you and your project's editors sign in with Teable as managers. Anyone else waits until a manager gives them a role.
Comes with sample data for a made-up wine bar, Cellar 22. Every sample email is on example.com, so the automations send nothing to sample guests.
1 click. 1 sentence. Yours.
-
Click Use template on this page. Its 6 tables, 3 automations, and 2 apps open in your Teable already working, with sample records. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.
-
Tell Teable AI what's different, the way you'd say it: “Add a wine club with a monthly bottle pickup.” It changes the fields, steps, and screens to match.
-
Its 3 automations run on their own, and your guests hear back in your business's name. You just run the business.
