About this template
In Jocky's words.
What's inside
- Donors: phone, caller, last gift and amount, total given, next call, and status (Thank-you while a gift waits for its call; otherwise Ask, Monthly donor, Lapsed or Do not call)
- Gifts: every gift with its thank-you due a week later, ticked when the donor is thanked
- Thank-you calls due (automation): every morning, emails the team and each caller the thank-you calls due that day
- Calling app (app): each caller's thank-you calls and asks for today, the donor's giving history, and a Log call sheet; Thanked marks the gift thanked
- Calls: each call's outcome, notes, who called, and the last gift on screen
- Team: volunteer callers and staff, with their role
Get started
- Add your callers. In Team; volunteers sign in with their email.
- Import your donors. With phone and a caller for each.
- Share the calling app. Callers see their own list.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Callers sign in to the Calling app with a one-time code sent to the email on their Team row and see only their own donors. You and your project's editors sign in with Teable and see everyone. Anyone else waits until the staff give them a role.
Comes with sample data for a made-up food bank, River Food Bank. Every sample email is on example.com.
1 click. 1 sentence. Yours.

Click Use template on this page. Its 5 tables, 1 automation, and 2 apps open in your Teable already working, with sample records. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.
-
Tell Teable AI what's different, the way you'd say it: “Add a thank-you email with the tax receipt after each gift.” It changes the fields, steps, and screens to match.
-
Its automation runs on its own. You just run the business.
