About this template
In Jocky's words.
What's inside
- Leads: buyers and sellers with what they want, the area, the budget, their agent, the next step and the stage (New, Searching, Viewing booked, Offer, Under contract, Listing, Closed, Lost)
- Viewings: who saw which home, when, how it went, and when the follow-up went out
- Viewing follow-up (automation): every morning, each buyer who saw a home yesterday gets a short follow-up email from their agent
- Agent desk (app): today's viewings and follow-ups, buyers and sellers, book a viewing, make an offer and move it from Offer to Accepted, Inspection and Closing, and download an offer summary PDF
- Offers: offer price against the asking price, status, inspection and closing dates
- Properties: your listings with price, beds, area, status and a photo
- New lead alert (automation): every morning, emails your office yesterday's new leads, and each agent their own
- Team: your agents and managers, with their role
- An Enquiry form on Leads to share on your website
Get started
- Add your agents. In Team; they sign in with their email.
- Add your listings. Price, beds, area, and a photo.
- Book a viewing. The follow-up goes the next morning.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Agents sign in to the Agent desk with a one-time code sent to the email on their Team row and see their own leads plus new ones nobody has taken yet. You and your project's editors sign in with Teable as managers and see everyone, the team and the agency settings. Anyone else waits until a manager gives them a role.
Comes with sample data for a made-up agency, Harbor Homes. Every sample email is on example.com and every address is made up, so the automations send nothing to sample leads. Both automations are off until you switch them on; together they run about 62 times a month.
1 click. 1 sentence. Yours.
-
Click Use template on this page. Its 6 tables, 2 automations, and 2 apps open in your Teable already working, with sample records. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.
-
Tell Teable AI what's different, the way you'd say it: “Add an open-house sign-in that adds visitors as leads.” It changes the fields, steps, and screens to match.
-
Its 2 automations run on their own. You just run the business.
