About this template
In Jocky's words.
What's inside
- Purchase orders: supplier, items and total, due date, status (Waiting, Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered, Late), ship and arrival dates, tracking
- Delivery updates: every update a supplier sends, and how many days late it runs
- Suppliers: company, logo, notes, and the contacts who can sign in
- Order lines: the items on each order, with quantity and price
- Late delivery alert (automation): emails you, or posts to Slack, when an update arrives after the due date
- Overdue check (automation): every morning at 7, marks orders past their due date Late and sends one list
- Vendor portal (app): suppliers confirm orders and update deliveries; your team sees what's due and what's late
Get started
- Add your suppliers. One row per company you buy from.
- Add your open orders. Each with its items and due date.
- Share the portal link. Supplier contacts sign in with their email.
Slack is optional. Paste a Slack Incoming Webhook link in Company settings to get late deliveries in Slack; without it they come by email.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Supplier contacts sign in with a one-time code sent to their email and see only their own company's orders. Your team signs in with Teable.
Comes with sample data for a made-up factory, Forge Works, and six made-up suppliers. Every sample email is on example.com, so nothing reaches a real person until you add your own.
1 click. 1 sentence. Yours.
-
Click Use template on this page. Its 6 tables, 2 automations, and 2 apps open in your Teable already working, with sample records. Nothing to install, nothing to set up.
-
Tell Teable AI what's different, the way you'd say it: “Add invoice matching and an on-time score for each supplier.” It changes the fields, steps, and screens to match.
-
Its 2 automations run on their own. You just run the business.
