What's inside
- Updates: the news, links, photos, and an optional video
- Posts: one row per platform, with status and live link
- Platform copy (AI): writes a version for each platform
- Publish approved posts (automation): posts each approved version and saves its link; YouTube waits for the video

Get started
- Add an update. Paste the news and attach media.
- Approve the drafts. Only owners can approve.
- Connect your accounts. X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Connect after you install. Grant your X, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts as X, LINKEDIN, and YOUTUBE to the Publish approved posts automation, then turn it on. A post is marked live only when the platform returns its link.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step, including connecting your accounts, and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Your team signs in with Teable or a one-time code sent to their email.
Comes with sample data for a made-up design studio, Studio Halden. Every sample email is on example.com, and nothing is connected until you connect your own accounts.
