What's inside
- Episodes: guest, guest photo, episode title, style (Bold type, Photo and quote, Minimal), dates, and status (Drafting, Ready, Approved, Published)
- Covers (AI): three square covers per episode with the guest's photo and name, in your show's colors, made when you tap Make covers
- Cover title (AI): a short title for each cover, from the episode title
- Show: your show's name, host, three colors, font, and banner
- Team: who can add episodes, make and approve covers, and change the show
- Cover studio (app): add an episode with the guest's photo, make its covers, pick one of three and approve it
Get started
- Set your show's colors. Three colors and a font.
- Add an episode. Guest, photo, and title.
- Approve a cover. Pick one of three.
Playbook. The first thing in the project walks you through every step and ticks them off as you go. Delete it once you're done.
Sign-in. Cover studio signs people in with an email code or their Teable account. Everyone in Team has a role: Editors add episodes, Producers also make and approve covers, and the Host also changes the show and the team. You and your project's collaborators signing in with Teable are Host. Nothing in the app is public.
AI credits. Covers use Teable AI image generation, 3 images each time someone taps Make covers, from your space's credits. Covers are never made by themselves.
Comes with sample data for a made-up weekly podcast, The Small Shop Show: four episodes, each guest with their own photo, and covers for two of them. Sample emails are on example.com.
